Tickets are $60 and there are only 130 available
Tickets can be purchased by check, Visa, or Mastercard by calling
Cindy at 846-5822.  Tickets can also be purchased in the CHS office
by check only and made payable to CHS-ABC.

    the order form, fill it out, attach a check and place it in our box
